The Professionals
Beverlee Gordon
Director Of Operations & Founder
As a long time, vendor to the California Homeowner Association industry, Beverlee’s experience started in a Community Association Management Firm’s Accounts Receivable department. She later became one of the first 400 Certified Community Association Managers through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
With her knowledge of the industry and her management experience, she then helped establish a delinquent assessment collection department in a San Francisco law firm and became the marketing director for that book of business.
Leaving the law firm to pursue an opportunity with an accounting company, Beverlee ultimately came full circle when she founded A.S.A.P. Collection Services from the ground up in 1997. Her vision was to bring together all of her experience across the various fields and provide a service that benefits the Association, the Manager, and the Owners.
Today, A.S.A.P. is widely recognized as a reliable leader in the assessment collection industry, providing services throughout Northern California and select areas of Southern California.
“We help owners resolve their delinquent assessments while safeguarding the association’s interests.” - Beverlee Gordon
Cheryl Hall
Director Of Administration
Cheryl has been with A.S.A.P. since its inception and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s positive, compassionate culture. Everyone who contacts our office is treated with respect as we work to resolve each account.
Our team acknowledges that Accounts Receivable Management—often referred to as debt collection—is commonly viewed as a hard or uncaring industry; however, that is not the experience A.S.A.P. strives to provide. Through Cheryl’s example and her extensive background in Human Resources, she has helped shape an approach rooted in respect, understanding, and the ability to work effectively with people in all situations—an essential foundation in this line of work.
“Our goal is for managers and Associations to view A.S.A.P. as a trusted extension of their office.” – Cheryl Hall
Terin Reeder-Atkins
Executive Director Of Client Relations
Terin’s introduction to the Community Association Industry began as an Escrow Assistant requesting payoff demands from management companies for homeowner assessments. Taking a new direction in 2008 Terin joined A.S.A.P. as a Customer Service representative working with delinquent homeowners and she quickly excelled. Recognizing her drive and potential, A.S.A.P. transitioned her to the lender foreclosure department, where she negotiated directly with lenders to recover all or a portion of a prior-owners’ foreclosed debt.
Terin’s take-charge attitude and negotiating talents earned her a seat at the table, helping guide the company as the association and collection industry continue to evolve year after year. Her knowledge and experience in the homeowner association industry, combined with her fearless approach, have earned her the respect of attorneys, managers, board members, and peers alike.
As the company’s Executive Director Of Client Relations, Terin was among the first to earn the CACM designation California Certified Industry Partner (CCIP). As an industry leader, she has served on professional committees, has contributed as a speaker at trade seminars, leads education trainings online and oversees the A.S.A.P. Manager Support Line – the primary hub relied upon by managers and board members to discuss all aspects of the collection process.
“We welcome the opportunity to partner with you and your team.” – Terin Reeder-Atkins, CCIP
